TSR Ocean Park Sdn Bhd, the wholly owned subsidiary of TSR Capital Berhad, is the developer responsible for taking this high impact project that has rejuvenated the Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan as a tourist hotspot. PD waterfront is an esplanade development at Port Dickson’s town center, facing the sea off Pulau Arang. This development project has an estimated GDV of more than RM 1 billion and is expected to be completed in phases.
