Overview
TSR Group has been expanding its property development business and started acquiring land since 2003. One of its flagship projects is a 17-storey corporate office building, Menara TSR located in Mutiara Damansara, PJ. It was completed in 2014 with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of over RM150 million. At the same time, TSR Group has taken up a 100 acre beachfront development, PD Waterfront at Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. This is a giant leap forward for the Group with an estimated (GDV) of more than RM1 billion. Another development project, RITZ is a 20 acres of prime commercial land within the township of Bandar Enstek, Sepang. It will be a new lifestyle mixed development that will promise a premier suburban living with an overall GDV of approximately RM600 million. In addition, TSR Group owns land banks in Klang Valley, Kedah and Negeri Sembilan, totaling to a land bank of over 300 acres.
